يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالة جيدة مع جميع الملحقات (صندوق، شاحن، كابلات... إلخ).
الأجهزة الذكية (هواتف، تلفزيونات... إلخ) لا تُستبدل بعد فتحها أو استخدامها، ولكن يشملها الضمان.
رسوم خدمة الاستبدال 2.5 دينار (تشمل التوصيل والاستلام).
المنتجات المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام (سوائل، كسر، تمزق كابلات...) غير مؤهلة للاستبدال.
يمكن استبدال أي منتج ضمن الضمان حسب شروط كارت والوكيل.
باستثناء القرطاسية، مستحضرات التجميل والمنتجات السائلة: لا تُستبدل إلا إذا كانت غير مستخدمة ومغلقة.
فرق السعر يُعاد كرصيد في محفظة كارت للاستخدام لاحقاً.
