Delivery Within Amman
Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 6:00 PM.
If not delivered on the same day, it will be delivered the following day.
Orders after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Express Delivery "Saree’": within 120 minutes, +3 JOD inside Amman.
Other governorates (Irbid, Jerash, Zarqa, Ajloun, Salt, Madaba, Mafraq): +4 JOD, delivery within 12 hours max.
Outside Amman: delivery within 24 hours (except public holidays like Fridays).
Governorate orders are handled by third-party couriers, not our internal team.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM processed same day; after 6:00 PM delivered next day.

Exchange Policy
Exchange follows the authorized agent’s policy in Jordan.
Exchange period falls under the product’s warranty (1–2 years depending on agent).
Product must be in good condition with all accessories (box, charger, cables, etc.).
Smart devices cannot be exchanged once opened, but are covered by warranty.
Exchange service fee of 2.5 JOD applies (includes pickup & delivery).
Products damaged by misuse (liquids, breakage, torn cables, wrong voltage, etc.) are not eligible.
Any warranty-covered product can be exchanged under Cart & agent’s conditions.
Stationery, cosmetics, and liquids only exchangeable if unopened and unused.
Price difference credited to Cart wallet for future use.

Return Policy
All products are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.
Smart devices cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects (exchanged per agent policy).
Returns allowed if product does not match listed specs, provided unopened & unused.
Opened, used, or damaged products are not returnable.
