    Shipping & Returns

    Delivery Within Amman

    • Same-day delivery is available within Amman.
    • To receive your order on the same day, it must be placed before 6:00 PM.
    • We commit to same-day delivery while adhering to the working hours of our suppliers and official brand representatives.
    • If your order is not delivered on the same day, it will be delivered the following day.
    • All orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

    Express Delivery Service "Sare3’"

    • The "Saree’" service offers express delivery within a maximum of 120 minutes from preparation time.
    • An additional fee of 3 JOD applies for express delivery within Amman.
    • For other governorates (Irbid, Jerash, Zarqa, Ajloun, Salt, Madaba, Mafraq), an additional 4 JOD fee applies, and delivery will be completed within a maximum of 12 hours on the same day.

    Delivery to Other Governorates

    • Delivery to governorates outside Amman takes a maximum of 24 hours, except on public holidays such as Fridays.
    • Orders to governorates are fulfilled through a third-party courier service, not our internal delivery team.
    • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next day and delivered the following day.

     


    Exchange Policy

    At Cart/JoCell, we ensure your right to exchange any purchased product through our app or website, subject to the following terms:

    • The exchange policy follows the authorized agent’s policy in Jordan.
    • The exchange period falls under the product’s warranty, which could be one year, one and a half years, or two years, depending on the agent’s policy.
    • The product must be in good condition with all accessories included (box, charger, cables, etc.). Exchange requests will be denied if any components are missing.
    • Smart devices (phones, TVs, etc.) cannot be exchanged once opened or used. However, they are covered by the authorized agent’s repair and maintenance policy.
    • An exchange service fee of 2.5 JOD applies, covering delivery and pickup through third-party delivery partners.
    • Products damaged due to misuse (liquid exposure, accidental or intentional breakage, torn cables, electrical issues, incorrect voltage usage, or failure to follow safety instructions) are not eligible for exchange.
    • Customers can exchange any product covered under warranty at any time, following the terms and conditions of both Cart and the authorized agent.
    • All products include warranty coverage, except stationery, cosmetics, and liquid products, which can only be exchanged if unused and unopened.
    • Any price difference in the exchanged product will be credited to the customer’s Cart wallet for future purchases.

     


    Return Policy

    All products are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

    • Smart devices (phones, TVs, tablets, computers) cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects, where they will be exchanged for a new product as per the authorized agent’s policy.
    • A product may be returned if it does not match the listed specifications, provided it is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Otherwise, it falls under the exchange policy.
    • Opened or misused products (damaged, broken, or exposed to liquids) cannot be returned.
    • Upon return, the full order amount will be refunded to the customer’s Cart wallet, with deduction of delivery costs for pickup and return services.

    Warranty terms

    Warranty & Guarantee Policy

    • All products are covered by the official authorized supplier / distributor in Jordan.
    • The warranty & guarantee policy follows the terms & conditions set directly by the authorized supplier / distributor.
    • Warranty duration varies based on the product & the supplier policy, with a minimum period of 1 year, 18 months, or 2 years depending on the item.
    • Some products are not covered by warranty, including non-electronic or non-electric items such as:
      • Bags, thermal bottles, books, notebooks, stationery, toys, & electronic gift cards.
      • These products are only eligible for exchange or return if they have a manufacturing defect upon first use or do not match the listed specifications, provided clear photo evidence is submitted to customer service.
    • The warranty covers full maintenance services for eligible products. The customer can send the product either through Cart’s delivery representatives or by visiting an authorized service center.
    • Warranty does not mean an automatic product exchange or return. If a product cannot be repaired or has a non-repairable defect, it may be exchanged for a new product of the same model & type.
      • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product will be suggested, or the customer may wait for it to be restocked.
    • Warranty or guarantee does not imply a cash refund under any circumstances. However, a refund is possible only if the product does not match the specifications, has a manufacturing defect, or is damaged upon first use.
      • In such cases, the refund will be credited to the customer’s Cart wallet for future purchases.
